Glenbrook Vintage Railway

What we got up to this weekend. 

I love all the things you can get out and do in this city. Glenbrook Vintage Railway is a vintage rail line built almost entirely by volunteer labour and is a lovely way to feel all old timey and romantic. They also happened to be holding a Vintage Harvest Festival this weekend which Johnny utterly loved. As did we all.

Beach Holiday

A few pics from our wonderful family holiday in the Coromandel, a small but beautiful place called Matarangi. It was a well needed week away to readjust, recover and enjoy each others company.

I did manage to damage a lens which broke the serenity (just a wee tantrum on the beach!). But I had to live with it. Serves me right for having a camera on a beach with fine sand.
